Thanasis Neofotistos Athens, Greece
Thanasis Neofotistos was born and raised in Athens, Greece. He initially studied Architecture in DUTh and continued by studying Film Directing and just recently obtained his Bachelor in QMU (AMC) Film Directing.

One of Thanasis' characteristic assets, Scenography, is an influence from both his studies. His first short film that was distinguished is THE SUN AND THE WIND, created for the needs of his studies. PROSEFHI: Greek School Prayer, was his dissertation and certainly the most personal film to date. PROSEFHI had it's national premiere and won the 1st prize in 37th Drama Film Festival, the GOLDEN DIONYSUS AWARD for Best Greek Fiction Short Film.
