Humankind (2014)

Humankind is an short film. Written by Sarah Culverhouse and directed by Ben Wicks Humankind follows Sharm, a young man, who is at unease with himself and his surroundings. Sharm lives in a sterile, bland world where droids outnumber humans and work is the only focus in his life. His wife, Mida, has a recurring dream of Sharm crashing to the planet surface. Sharm must maintain his frustration and stay focussed in order to carry out the mission at hand, whatever the consequence.
