Frank is very dumb and has been celibate for many years. Jazz music is his only hobby. He will sell his house because he has decided to leave the city.

Synopsis:
A young couple will get married soon and need to buy a house. So they go to Frank’s house for visiting. A tacit understanding arises between Frank and the young girl because they are of the similar kind.
