Scavenger (Short film, 2017)
Abbie a wounded soldier who wakes up on an abandoned battlefield has a life threatening encounter with an elderly scavenger that oddly resembles herself.
We are shooting a short post apocalyptic on the 18th of June (Sunday) on the outskirts of Bath, and we are seeking a Production Manager/ 1st Assistant Director to join our team.
The film is being made in specific for the Depict Film competition at Encounters FF (Bristol), and then other festivals. We have a good cast and crew lined up.
The roles responsibilities will include: helping me secure crew, creating call sheet, collaborate with creating on production schedule, taking on logistical problem solving, taking stills for social media and mentor our runner.
I am both the director/producer on this project and I will need help so that I can just focus on directing during production day and this role will be of great assistance. Ideally, you have work had similar roles on other productions and have been on sets.
Our budget is tight so this is a expenses only collaboration. What we can offer: full expenses, Imdb credit, photos of set, local restaurant catering and social media boost.
