This is a Independent. British feature film, inspired by the likes of:
'Sightseers' (Ben Wheatley)
'The Lobster' (Yorgos Lanthimos)
'Lady Macbeth' (William Oldroyd)
and 'Broken' (Rufus Norris).
Written by Raucous Theatre's very own Sharon Clark and being directed by Spencer Ellis, a 3rd year student at Screenology Film School, this project will combine both Sharon's love for mystery and Spencer's love for gritty, but heartwarming, British drama.
The two have been working on the project since early June 2017 with a focus to film a 5-minute teaser in November 2017 and have the finished script ready to film by February 2018, with a plan to film in March/April 2018.
With plans to send treatments to Ken Loach, Otto Bathurst, Hope Dickson Leach, and other incredible directors and to work with production companies to bring the script to life; we hope to gain enough backing to fund the project and see it through it's distribution stages and reach it out to audiences across the globe via the likes of film festivals.
