My name is Gerardo Pastor and I am a location sound recordist and audio editor based in Bristol, UK.

I started my career in sound back in 2011 when I started to study the Advanced Vocational Training in Sound and later on, in 2014, starting a Sound Post-Production For Cinema and Television course.

After finishing my vocational training, worked as a sound assistant in a production company in Spain. During this period, I developed my skills and experience as a sound recordist for short films, training videos and corporate videos, as well as working as an audio editor for training videos, video games, audiobooks and audio content for educational textbooks.

After moving to the UK in 2015, I chased independent projects, mainly short films and documentaries, focusing in location sound recording and audio editing for these two products, while continue working on branded content. Most of the projects I have worked on I have developed both roles, so I have tailored the sound needs from the very beginning of the production, keeping in mind how the direction wants the final project to sound like.
